The product will safely reach you in 5-7 business days.
The delivery will be given against the customer’s signature. In customer’s absence, the customer can assign any responsible person taking the delivery such as family member, colleague, neighbors etc. We, at Le Ritual™ want to give you a best experience, however we take no responsibility for deliveries signed by another person.If you see the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package. We take responsibility and refund/replace products for defective, damaged in transit or wrong product.
After the delivery once collected from us, any damage to the product in any form, we will not be responsible for it. Le Ritual™ will not accept any returns, once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer.We only accept returns, where the anti-tamper seal is intact. Once the seal is broken the product is deemed to be used, hence not returnable. When the product is accepted as returnable by the company, It needs to be returned with the original packing material as it is safe in transit for our delivery partners. Write to us on email@example.com within 2 days of receipt of the product, to process the replacement and the product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.If it is a refund request, we will process your request within 7 working days of receiving your product at our premises.The amount (less shipping & handling charges) will be refunded in your account on the website to be used on www.leritual.com. No cash refunds is issued under any circumstances.
This return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise.The company has the right to take a final decision on non-acceptance of returns if we conclude any fraudulent case. We offer free shipping through reputed couriers on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time.It is important to know shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type and other factors. This amount will always be shown to the customer before check out and the customer will be aware before payment.The Invoice will be sent to the customer on the email provided to us.
In case of multiple orders, we will try to ship all the order items together, but in some cases it is not possible due to availability and product type.We would want to try to assist on special delivery requests but we cannot assure the fulfillment from our shipper partners. Every order will be shipped to single destination address given as the details during the checkout. If the customer wishes to ship products to different addresses, the customer should order multiple times to ensure smooth delivery.
For concerns regarding any skin reactions due to the product, we cannot accept the product return as this would be an individual’s sensitivity to the product and we cannot foretell and predict such individual’s sensitivity. Le Ritual™ is a product made of natural bio actives but if you are sensitive to any ingredients, we suggest that the customer should always take a patch test before using the product.
